Shipping, kept simple

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Please use a valid street address for delivery.

From order to arrival

Processing covers preparing your order before it is dispatched. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Transit starts after dispatch and is separate from processing. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of arrival on a particular date.

Shipping charges and tracking

The free shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal, excluding tax. The available shipping charge appears in your cart after you enter an eligible destination and is confirmed at checkout. We use standard parcel delivery; the assigned carrier and available tracking information are provided with your dispatch notice.

If plans change or a parcel is delayed

Check your address before placing an order. Email us as soon as possible if it needs correcting or if you wish to cancel. We can make changes only before dispatch. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you with a revised shipping date and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If you do not agree to a delay where consent is required, we will cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund it.

If tracking appears stalled, a parcel is missing, or your delivery arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the available details. We will help investigate and work toward a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain damaged packaging when possible; photos can help us understand what happened.
