Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch. These are separate periods. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military addresses, or international destinations.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $59 or more. Orders below $59 have a $6.99 standard shipping charge. Enter an eligible destination in your cart to see the charge before checkout.
How do I choose a size?
Lay out what you plan to pack, then compare it with the product dimensions where listed. Some product records do not include exterior dimensions; contact us if that measurement is essential to your choice. Capacity ranges are approximate guides, not a promise that a specific outfit will fit.
Which material should I choose?
Canvas offers a textured look, Oxford cloth has a woven appearance, and nylon or polyester can suit a simple sports style. PU is a synthetic leather-look material. Compare the specific product information rather than assuming all bags with the same material have the same construction.
Does every bag have a shoulder strap or shoe section?
No. Those details vary by style. Read the individual bag’s description and included items. A replacement strap also needs compatible attachment points; do not assume it fits every bag.
Are wet sections waterproof, and will garment bags prevent wrinkles?
A separate wet section helps organize damp items but is not necessarily a sealed, leakproof compartment. Put liquids in a closed pouch. Garment bags let you arrange longer clothing before closing, but they cannot promise crease-free clothing.
How should I clean and store my bag?
Empty it, remove loose debris, and check any care label first. In the absence of specific instructions, try a soft damp cloth on a hidden area, avoid soaking or harsh chemicals, and let the bag air dry fully. Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless the item’s care instructions expressly permit it. Follow each foldable style’s own seams rather than forcing a fold.
Will this bag qualify as airline carry-on luggage?
Airlines and ticket types use different size and weight limits. Check your airline’s current rules and compare them with the bag’s packed exterior measurements, including handles and any bulging sections. We do not guarantee acceptance.
How do I track, change, or cancel an order?
Available tracking details are included with your dispatch notice. For an address change or cancellation, contact help@playtopiacarry.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes can be made only before dispatch. If a parcel appears delayed or missing, get in touch so we can help investigate.
How do returns and refunds work?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Preference returns must be unused with original packaging and accessories. Send returns to Playtopia LLC, 707 4TH ST, PARKERSBURG, IA 50665. We cover return shipping for defects, wrong items, or transit damage; you cover it for other reasons. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, then an approved refund is initiated.
