These terms apply to your use of playtopiacarry.com and purchases from Playtopia LLC, operating as Playtopia Carry. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you have a question before ordering, please contact us.
Using the store
You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store, or use customer information for an unrelated purpose.
Product details and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you place an order. We aim to describe materials, sizes, and included items accurately. Screen settings can affect colors, and manual measurements may vary slightly. Images showing packed items illustrate use; only the items named in the product’s included-items description are sold.
We do not guarantee airline acceptance of any bag. Check your carrier’s current dimensions and packed weight rules. Garment travel bags can help organize clothing but do not guarantee wrinkle-free results. Care instructions depend on the material and the individual bag.
Orders and corrections
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, rather than final acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for an inaccurate address, a genuine pricing error, inability to supply the item, suspected misuse, or another lawful reason. We will explain a material correction before proceeding and refund amounts collected for canceled or unfulfilled items. You may contact us to request changes before dispatch; after dispatch, our return process applies.
Delivery and returns
We ship only to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free at $59 or more and $6.99 below $59. Read the Shipping Policy for delivery details and delay choices.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the condition requirements in our Refund Policy. That policy explains return shipping costs, our return address, inspection, and refunds. It does not restrict rights that cannot be waived by law.
Website content and links
Our branding, original writing, and website design may not be copied or used to misrepresent an affiliation with us. Product photographs remain subject to their respective rights. External websites, if linked, operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Use bags for ordinary clothing and personal-item travel, and avoid overloading them. We are responsible for handling valid order and product issues under our policies and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Updated terms apply to future use and orders; the terms in place when an order was accepted govern that order. Iowa law applies where permitted, without removing mandatory protections available to you.
